Currently we only ship our SIPPL. bottl within Australia. Our bottls are sent via Australia post. Standard shipping is approximatley 1-6 business days. Whilst express shipping is 1-3 business days. 

We are not responsible for unexpected delays in shipping caused by circumstances out of our control or due to the courier. 

Currently we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns can be arranged for faulty or damaged products in original SIPPL. packaging.

If you wish to return your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our SIPPL. bottls are vacuum insulated and made from premium high grade 18/8 stainless steel, which is BPA free and fully resistant to oxidation/corrosion.

Our bottls are powder coated, making them highly resistant to wear and tear (and comfy in your hand too).

For this reason we recommend handwashing only to keep your bottl in the best condition.

We have a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. Under the australian consumer law, SIPPL. will repair, replace or refund  items that arrive damaged or arrive faulty however proof of purchase is required.
